1. About the App
Radio Everywhere ("the App") is an internet radio streaming application developed by rbandcomobileapps ("we", "us", "our"). It is available on iOS, Android, and web. The App lets you stream live FM and internet radio stations from the Radio Browser public directory.
2. License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on your personal device for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
- Transfer your licence to another person
3. Free Tier and Advertising
The App is available free of charge with the following conditions:
- Banner and occasional interstitial advertisements are displayed
- Certain features (additional themes, player layouts, EQ profiles, widgets, custom URLs) are available to premium subscribers only
- Audio quality is limited to standard streaming
We reserve the right to change which features are free or premium at any time with reasonable notice.
4. Premium Subscription and Free Trial
New installs automatically receive a 7-day free premium trial with no action required and no payment information needed upfront. The trial is managed through your device's App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google) and governed by their billing terms.
The free trial is granted once per device. Uninstalling and reinstalling the App on the same device will not grant a second trial. We use an anonymous device identifier stored in your device's secure storage (Keychain on iOS, Google Auto Backup on Android) to enforce this. The identifier contains no personal information.
If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, the App reverts to the free tier automatically. No charge is made without your explicit action through the App Store or Play Store.
Premium subscriptions are sold through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All billing, cancellation, and refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective terms. We do not process payments directly. To cancel, use your device's subscription management:
- iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play → Subscriptions
Refund requests must be submitted to Apple or Google, not to us. We have no ability to issue refunds for App Store or Play Store purchases.
5. Radio Content
The App streams audio content from third-party radio stations listed in the Radio Browser public directory. We do not own, control, produce, or curate the content broadcast by these stations. We are not responsible for:
- The accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of any station's content
- Station availability or stream quality (stations may go offline at any time)
- Copyright in the music, speech, or other content broadcast by stations
If a station broadcasts content that infringes copyright or is otherwise illegal, please report it to the station operator directly.
6. Custom Station URLs (Premium)
Premium subscribers may add custom streaming URLs. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to stream from any URL you add. We are not responsible for the content of custom streams.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers
- Attempt to bypass any technical measures we have implemented (e.g., trial enforcement, premium gating)
- Use automated means to access the App at a rate that burdens our infrastructure
8. Intellectual Property
All elements of the App — including but not limited to the design, code, graphics, and user interface — are the intellectual property of rbandcomobileapps or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you beyond the limited licence in Section 2.
Station names, logos, and content displayed in the App belong to their respective owners.
Our station directory is powered by Radio Browser (radio-browser.info), a free and open-source community project. Radio Browser explicitly permits use of its API and database "in free and non free software" — including commercial applications such as this one — and allows installing and mirroring its data. We gratefully credit Radio Browser and its volunteer contributors as the source of our station directory. The Radio Browser data is provided under its own open terms, and the Radio Browser name remains the property of that project.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that: (a) the App will be error-free or uninterrupted; (b) any station will be available at any given time; (c) streams will be free of dropouts or latency.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RBANDCOMOBILEAPPS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR €10, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
11. Changes to the App and Terms
We may update the App, add or remove features, or change these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may discontinue the App at any time. If we do, we will provide at least 30 days' notice where reasonably practicable.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Moldova, unless applicable consumer protection law in your country provides otherwise.
